What things should we bring?
Answer:
Head lamp, backpack, thermocell, rain gear, waterproof boots, camera, sleeping bag and a pillow.

What weapons can we use?
Answer:
Rifle, bow, crossbow or muzzleloader.

How far are the baits?
Answer:
They are all about 15-20 yards from the stands or blinds.

What will the weather be like?
Answer:
May will be very cool in the evenings. Bring heavy gear for the ATV ride to and from stands, June will be a lot warmer during the day but also have warm gear for evening hunts.

How do I get to bait sites?
Answer:
We ride in and out on ATV's and trips can range from 3-7 miles each way.

What do we hunt out of?
Answer:
We use two man ladder stands that are 15ft off the ground and pop-up ground blinds.

How do I get my license?
Answer:
First, you will go to the Saskatchewan hunting guide website and set yourself up with a HAL number. Then call La Ronge Conservation Office and tell them you're hunting with Full Boar Outfitters and they will ask for your HAL number and you can pay with MasterCard then I will pick up the tags and have them at camp.

How do I get a gun across the border?
Answer:
Click here to get the gun declaration form you'll need to cross the border with a firearm. Have this filled out before you arrive at the border.

What's the driving distance to camp?
Answer:
We are 9 hours from the North Dakota border or 22 hours from Denver.
Question:
What is a typical day like?
Answer:
We usually have breakfast early. Then we will shoot equipment or go bait and check trail cams. We like to have you in your stand by 2:30-3:00. Bear movement is heavy around 7-8pm.

Is there power at camp?
Answer:
We just installed a solar power system and we also have generators to charge phones and cameras.

Is there phone service?
Answer:
There is no phone service at camp but we can get full service just down the road.

Can you drive all the way to camp?
Answer:
You can get within 800 yards of camp and then we will drive you in the rest of the way on ATV's.
Question:
What do I do with the hide and meat?
Answer:
We recommend bringing a cooler. We will also de-bone the meat and freeze it. We will flesh the hide and freeze it so you can take it the taxidermist of your choice.
